The Traverse Symphony Orchestra will launch a new jazz orchestra this weekend and offer alcohol sales for the first time, with the new group performing on Saturday and Sunday at the City Opera House.

The Traverse Symphony Jazz Orchestra will perform on Saturday October 23 at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday October 24 at 3:00 p.m. at the City Opera House. Doors open one hour before each performance.
