CUT’s January Jazz will feature TCC Jazz Band | Education

Arts for the Community at Thomas University will celebrate jazz music with its annual January Jazz Performance at 4 p.m. on Sunday, January 23, featuring a featured performance by Tallahassee Community College at the Thomasville Center for the Arts at 600 E. Washington St.

Directed by Lisa M. Foltz. The TCC Jazz Band will present a varied concert of Big Band, jazz, blues, pop and light rock. The Jazz Band is comprised of a core group of community members and TCC students as an activity and outlet to learn and perform a wide variety of live band music, from traditional Big Band to more at various venues and festivals in the region.

This performance is part of Arts for the Community at Thomas University (ACTU) and can also be viewed online at www.facebookcom/actu31792/live. No Facebook account is required to view.
